How much does it cost?
Most matters can be dealt with in one appointment.
For more complex issues involving oversees jurisdictions, further appointments may be required.
Below is an example of the stages typically involved in a notarising a Power of Attorney document (Spain):
- Client contacts Notary to make an appointment
- ID is verified on arrival
- Notary performs compliance checks regarding overseas lawyers and recipients
- Document is notarised and sent for legalisation if necessary
The following timescales may be used as a general guide.
- Approximately 2 weeks for usual matters
- Approximately 4-6 weeks for more complex matters
